All RIDEM products are made to last over time. In the event that a fault occurs, you can turn to the retailer where you purchased the product, or contact our technical service by sending an email to info@ridem.eu and specifying the item reference, the problem and the purchase date.
The technical service center for RIDEM products is located at Karma Italiana srl (company that owns the RIDEM brand) in Busto Arsizio
The legal guarantee on all RIDEM products, based on current European regulations, is 24 months from the date of the purchase receipt for final consumers, while for societies and companies (identified by a VAT number) it is 12 months from the date of the invoice. The warranty covers all conformity defects reported within two months of their discovery.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, it is necessary to attach a copy of the receipt or purchase invoice.

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

- Products tampered with, disassembled or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- Any failure caused by inexperience, inappropriate use of the products, incorrect installation and, more generally, when the user doesn't follow the instructions given in the manual.
- Components subject to wear and tear and / or removable (e.g. batteries, knobs, buttons, etc.)
- In cases where the model, serial code, or label on the product has been deliberately modified, counterfeited, deleted, removed or made illegible
- If the product sent for repairing is not accompanied by the document (receipt or invoice) certifying the purchase within the terms established by the legal guarantee or in the event that this document is illegible or counterfeit.

Any cost related to technical assistance carried out for the resolution of damages or defects due to the above mentioned exclusion causes, will be charged to the consumer for labour, spare parts and transport costs.
