All RIDEM products are realized to last for a long time. If you suspect your item is faulty, you can contact our technical service by sending an e-mail to the address: info@ridem.eu. You have to specify product reference, the problem you found and purchase date. It the item is under warranty it is necessary to include a copy of the purchase receipt or of the invoice.The warranty period , according to current regulation, is of 24 months from purchase date for the end user (12 months if in case of VAT invoice). Any removable or subject to wear and tear parts are excluded from warranty. For more details on warranty conditions please refer to the specific section.
